This Policy describes how iFutureArt processes the personal data you provide when submitting a request on this website, and the data collected automatically when you browse it.

2. Data processed

Provided by you: name, company, phone, email, order volume, message text and any file you attach to the request.

Collected automatically: IP address, the page the request was sent from, the address you arrived from and campaign tags (utm parameters), plus device and browser data collected by the analytics services listed below.

3. Purposes

Handling your request, preparing a quote, sending the price list and samples, contacting you regarding wholesale and custom cooperation, and measuring advertising performance to improve the website.

4. Legal basis and consent

By submitting the form you consent to the processing of this data for the stated purposes. Consent can be withdrawn by emailing sales@ifutureart.ru.

5. Who receives what

We do not sell your data and do not share it for third-party advertising. However, request handling and the website itself route some data through external services, and you should know about it:

• Request notification via Telegram. Your request and the file you attach are sent to the operator's staff as a Telegram message, and therefore pass through the Telegram Messenger service.
• Yandex.Metrica (Yandex LLC, Russia) — visit analytics. It runs on every page, uses cookies and the "Webvisor" mode, which records your actions on the page, including mouse movement, scrolling and typing into form fields.
• Visitor identification service (gstad.ru) — loads on every page and receives the address of the page you opened and the address you came from.

Data is not shared with any other third parties, except as required by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

6. Cookies

The website and the analytics services above store cookies in your browser — small technical records that let a repeat visit be recognised as such. You can delete and block them in your browser settings; this does not prevent you from sending a request.

7. Storage

Request data is stored on the operator's server no longer than necessary for the stated purposes and is deleted on your request or when consent is withdrawn.
