Can we pick the order up ourselves?

Yes, orders are released from the factory in Kazan, 124G A. Kutuya street, during working hours. We agree the date in advance so the batch is ready when you arrive.

Do you prepare goods for marketplaces?

Yes, as a paid option: we pack and label the batch to the platform’s requirements and can ship it palletised. Pricing depends on volume and requirements.

Is deferred payment possible?

Not for new orders — those go on 100% prepayment. For regular customers we agree an advance and the balance before shipment, on individual terms.

Shipping and payment

We ship from our own factory in Kazan. Here is how it works, so you can price a batch before sending a request.

Shipping

Orders leave our factory in Kazan, 124G A. Kutuya street: pick them up yourself or use a carrier — yours, or one we suggest for the route. Freight is normally paid by the buyer; loading is on us and costs nothing.

Paid options

A batch can leave ready for your logistics, not just packed:

•Palletising — goods arrive on pallets, ready for transfer.
•Marketplace-ready prep — packing and labelling the batch the way the platform requires.

On these tasks we effectively cover part of the fulfilment work, so you do not repack anything on your side. Pricing depends on the batch.

Payment

•100% prepayment — the default for every new order.
•Regular customers can split it: an advance and the balance before shipment. The ratio is agreed individually, based on the volume already purchased and on the new order.
•A contract for a volume taken over a set period (usually six months) can come with a discount.

We work with companies and sole traders; documents are issued by OOO «INTERNATIONAL ART». Bank details are on the contacts page.

Documents

We do not publish the files — we send them on request together with the quote. Here is what we can provide:

•Exemption letter for craft kits.
•Certificates and safety data sheets for the paints.
•Proof of rights for licensed designs (Smeshariki, Fixiki).
•Company profile and bank details, a standard supply contract.
•Accounting documents: with or without VAT, through your EDI.
